What are the advantages of an MBA if I already hold a management diploma ?

The MBA offers propose transversal training based on active pedagogy through study cases. The curriculum enables the strengthening of knowledge and skills in every management field while the professional experience of the candidate developped his specialization in a given organizational context. The Dauphine MBA – Renault Foundation groups young professionals from all the major emerging economies in the world together, thus adding true multicultural experience and people being more likely to understand globalization better.

What does an MBA provide if I am an engineer ?

The MBA offers a general course in management which concentrates on marketing, finance, management and the economic challenges of the present and the future. Thus it efficiently completes initial training after initial work experience. The course includes a professional mission in the form of a top-level internship. Thus the participant could cross his engineering knowledge with management issues.

I studied literature and after my initial work experience, can I apply for the MBA ?

The heads of the MBA encourage literary profiles to apply. The course requires no scientific training. However a logical approach, tested during the selection procedure is an asset. This should not be a curb: «philosophy is the mother of logic». Tutoring sessions are on offer to all students notably for the Finance classes, to compensate for possible weaknesses.

What is the difference between an MBA and an Executive MBA ?

The MBA targets young professionals with a few years’ work experience who wish to boost their careers. The Executive MBA is for professionals with management experience and, thus, older. The maximum age to integrate an MBA is 35 years old.

How can I benefit from a Renault Foundation scholarship ?

The Renault Foundation finds young talent, accepts and supports them while they follow French higher education courses. If you come from one of the targeted countries of the Foundation (Brazil, Russia, Turkey, Morocco, India, Roumania, Japan and Korea) you should contact the local academic partners of the Foundation to examine your file and for authorization to apply directly on the Foundation website.
If you have French nationality, since 2013, the Foundation can assist deserving young professionals with financial difficulties, working in France or overseas and who wish to add to their skills in participating in the Dauphine MBA-Renault Foundation.

Is this MBA aimed towards the automobile industry ?

The partnership with the Renault Foundation does not mean that the course is addressed for professionals of the automobile industry. The program is general and the stakeholders are not specialists of the automobile sector. The Renault Foundation participates as a patron to detect new talents in cultural management and sustainable mobility so as to complete French higher education studies.

Is the MBA intended for executives from the Renault group ?

The Renault Foundation does not provide financial support to the collaborators of the Alliance Renault-Nissan. However those interested can apply as non-bursary candidates. These applications will be examined with the same diligence and attention as the other candidates.

I am French and am I eligible a scholarship from the Renault Foundation ?

As from the 2013 academic year, the Renault Foundation will recompense young French professionals of this course. After selection based on academic criteria by the MBA direction, the Renault Foundation will examine the possibility of granting scholarships on excellence and social grounds, in order to permit very varied profiles to participate in this excellence program to attain the precise professional objectives.
